30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We love our GlowVerse™ products and we are confident you will too! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your GlowVerse™ Galaxy Moon Lamp arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@glowversestore.com with a photo or video of the issue. We will arrange a brand new replacement to be shipped to you completely free of charge. You do not need to return damaged items.

Return Shipping Process

To initiate a standard return for remorse reasons, please contact us at contact@glowversestore.com. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
